What's going on? My body tingles all over when I think of him.

When I think of my friend, (we've only ever been friends...no kissing, no nothing) sometimes I feel a deep sensation in my belly. Today my body tingled all over when he ran across my mind. Has this ever happened to you? Any explanations? The tingling is a new one for me.
