Giving yourself false hope?

Lets say you are in a period of your life and you are doing something where it is really important to stay focused and you get rejected by your crush and all the other crap that follows.

Do you give yourself false hope to keep yourself going?

for example looking at what she does and taking every sign as gospel or do you just accept it and wallow?

does any bad come from giving yourself false hope?

no you're not you just in like or in love with this person...

love can make you seem crazy but really you're not... we all need love. its just the face we put on to the people around us so we don't seem like we are weak or need sympathy...

personally I like energetic people who don't mope around all the time... try to change up certain things you are doing because right now you haven't quite caught her attention the way she likes..

but don't forget to always be yourself...change for no one.

thank you. I think it is my ego that hurts the most. I tried to get over her with another girl but she was with someone else as well.

And I see them everyday and my ego hurts so much. I genuinely feel lower than dirt.

my whole life has been a series of false hope. i have decided to stop allowing myself to feel hope. just go with what is. it should end up helping me not be so depressed and feeling worthless but we shall see. good luck to you as well
