Ever time I show him affection he pushes me away, what does that mean?

Ever time I try to kiss him he has a look on his face like "get away from me". He never compliments me, he never holds my hand..The only time he is affection is when are having relations...What does this all mean? we been together three years.

maybe be more vigourus in bed, or try to impress him with his intrests, get involed or the relationship will spiral down into nothingness

Umm..this guy doesn't sound bored,nor do I think his behavior should entirely be blamed on HER. She said the ONLY time he shows affection for her is when they are having sex. So obviously the sex isn't the problem. I think he is completely over her and wants out of the relationship that's why he doesn't want to show any type of real affection like holding her hand,or even a kiss. He could possibly be cheating on her as well.

Sorry QA,just being honest. It sounds like be is completely checked out of the relationship. There is no passion,there is no romance...he is gone. When a child is involved,its rough. But...think about if you continue to stay in this loveless relationship and how awful you will continue to feel. For someone to not even want to touch you,but just go through the act of sex is hurtful. He is most likely selfish with that as well. He has to be if he won't even kiss you or hold your hand! You...i would address the situation first. I would tell to him and see where his head is. If you can,suggest couples therapy. If he is unwilling to work on a real relationship,then you need to leave. Do not stay together for the kid. You only live this life once. And this is a hard situation but you need to do what's best for that baby...and for you. I also don't think its fair for children to grow up in a household and see a dysfunctional relationship between their parents...or one that lacks

LOVE. So many people to this because they don't find the courage to do better. And the kid gets a front row seat to all of it,and then THEY grow up with issues from watching their parents. Its a vicious cycle. Be brave and open your eyes and address the elephant in the room. Be fearless. The two you may go your separate ways,but what's the alternative...
