Please read it, it is really short. I was sitting with my boyfriend and his best friend (Second brother) .. and my boyfriend has this horrible habit of biting the middle of his thumb to the extent that now it has a big ugly bump so I always tell him to stop doing it .. anyway when we were sitting this time with his best friend I got so angry at him and I slapped (pushed ) his hand from his mouth harder and he hit his teeth.. he got really angry and kept saying " what the hell are you doing " and stuff like that ... I got really embarrassed because I didn't mean to hurt him ,I just don't want him to ruin his finger :S .. do you guys think he went over the line ? or he should have been nicer about it ? I kinda hold it inside but I don't wanna bring it up because well.. a whole day passed since then plus that I don't wanna be a drama queen .. so should I forget about it and understand his attitude ? thank you

A. OPEN PERSON: Someone who can vent about anything, talk about anything, have an opinion on everything and don't care who gets offended with it, talk about someone or everyone all the time to people behind their backs or in front of them and not care if they get mad or upset, have a mouth that isn't shy to say what you want to say about anything without thinking even, can talk about everything and not be scared of who you'll offend or if you'll get in trouble for doing anything, you're gutsy and you don't care what people think or say behind your back.

B. Private person: Opposite of the open person. As a private person you are more shy to consider people might get offended, and you are considering people and try not to talk about anyone behind their backs, you don't have an opinion on everything because if you do you might feel like you'll be shut down on your opinion. things like that.

I've been told I'm a very private person, and I think it's causing me to have less friends... just wondering if others are also private and having this problem. thanks for answering.

i like a guy in one of my classes and started talking to him on Facebook. he responded the first time but never really responded to the other ones sent him. at first thought that he was ignoring me, then yesterday I found out he was dating a girl in one of my classes. I never have enough time during the school day to talk to him and I don't want to talk to him after because he usually leaves right after school ends.

But even though he doesn't talk to me during school much; sometimes as he walks by my desk/table and taps it 2-3 times with his books or pen. He does it right in front of me...

sooo could this mean anything or is it just a weird thing he does?

and for the guys, do you do anything like this and when/why do you do it?

girly girl = skinny, wears make up, designer clothes, shops a lot and hates the out doors and exercise/getting sweaty/dirty

athletic girl = basically a tom boy, toned muscular body, loves the outdoors and being active, surfing, kayaking, biking, traveling, wears clothes like the north face and Columbia, gets dressed up only on occasion(to meet the parents, a formal dinner, etc)

also consider the difference there would be in personality, girlie girl more sensitive, a bit needy, tom boy, is more free and wild...

Do you believe or feel that confidence is sexy?

I often see FEMALES in particular recommend confidence to every guys and girls problem. If they can't find a partner, confidence. If they're unattractive confidence. If they're feeling down confidence. When asked what's sexy, confidence.

Is confidence sexy? I feel like the whole "confidence is sexy" is a female thing.

Ok, Thursday I went with my mother to pick up my brother from football practice like usual. When the boys were walking through the parking lot to the weight room or whatever they call it this guy from my grade started staring directly at me, but when I looked eyes with him I immediately turned my head away and made a face since it kind of creeped me out the way he was staring at me, it was with such intensity. My mom pointed it out a few minutes later. When, he walked back out of the building after changing out of his gear he kept looking towards our car.

His friends and him ended up sitting where I do in the library during lunch yesterday and I laughed at a few things that his friends said since I thought they were funny. But, I didn't say anything since I don't talk that much in conversations even with my own friends. I kept my head mostly turned to the side pretending to concentrate on my book with my legs up in the car pulled to my chest like I usually do. But, I would look towards someone when they were speaking, but I was determined not to look at him because I don't like the electric feeling it gives me. So, I don't know if he looked at me or not.

We have never really spoken to each other and he has a girlfriend. Why was he staring at me? Does he hate me or something?

I own one plaid shirt and love it, so I'm definitely not planning to stop wearing it just because guys might not like it. :P That said, I'm curious: I always figured guys liked plaid shirts on girls, or were at least okay with them-- all of my guy friends seem to be. But I was reading an article recently where a bunch of guys were ranting about how masculine and ugly they look.

So guys, what do you think of girls wearing plaid shirts? Something like this:

I love to wear baseball hats when my hair is down! I have one in particular that is my favorite that I wear almost everyday when it's really sunny and it's a mossy oak hat, so it's camo! My hair is long and dark (to midback) and I straighten it, so it doesn't like, poof out of the hat, but do guys find this look attractive? It seems a lot of guys look at me when I do wear my hats, but I don't know if it's in a good way or bad... I also wear my aviators with them too! (:

Oh and by the way, if you play baseball, add that in your answer! I'm just curious what the actual players think. (I played competitive softball for 10 years, so I'm just curious.)

This is a serious question...I'm curious if my friends are just weird haha. This one guy can't because of a combination of short arms & huge muscles (some in his back/shoulders & his chest). and the girl can't because of her DD breasts...

Guy I like and see a lot randomly sends me a picture of his face and asks me to send a picture of my face. We see each other a lot, why would he do that?

What if you have a really great friend, a real and true friend who actually cares about you. What if you really like them, but for whatever reason, you can't be with them. Guys swear up and down that girls almost always go for the jerks over the nice guys. And the girls swear that they really do prefer the nice guys! So, do nice guys really finish last? I think it's time to put this to rest and see how many of us are dating jerks and how many of us are dating really nice guys. Please answer honestly! I have been hanging out with this guy for the past few weeks and we went on a date a couple days ago. I really like him and he seems to like me. He is older than me (probably 8 years or so). The problem is that when we hang out I get nervous, not turn into a bumbling idiot nervous, but my articulation skills definitely decrease :)

I am mature for my age (I know, everyone on this site says that) and I have accomplished much more than most people in my age range have. When I do get nervous I probably act how a typical 18 year old would, but still it is immature. I am not even sure if he can tell I get nervous, but I assume that he can. Would it annoy you if a girl got nervous around you, or would you find it endearing?
