at first I thought it was something sweet he was doing, it is common for boyfriends to feed their girlfriends every once in a while, when my boyfriend did it too me I thought it was the sweetest thing ever he even read me bedtime stories to go to sleep ( he loves to read bedtime stories to everyone so that part isn’t weird it’s just something he likes doing” but it’s got to the point where he told me if I can sit on his lap so he can feed me I felt uncomfortable but told myself he just wanted to be nice and I didn’t want to rude so I said yeah of course! But while he was feeding me he made the airplane noises you know like the one parents do to their little kids to make them open their mouths. I started to get weirded out but again I told myself I was overreacting I then thanked him. Sometimes he does feed me at times and calls me his little girl ( because he’s 6’1 im 5’1 not sure if this is a kink of his or because he’s taller than me” am I overreacting? Is he weird?

So after me and my ex broke up about a few years later I slept with his cousin. (We shall call him Dean) I don’t regret it. Fast forward to a few years later. We live in different states and have continued to talk to each other as friends, we do send nudes and shit and we are there for each other when we’re having a bad day. I asked Dean if he feels bad that we still talk to each other even though I’m his cousin’s ex. He said no and that he guess his cousin had a chance to be a good man. We have tried to stop communicating but it doesn’t happen for long. The only excuse he gives me is that things won’t work out because of the distance and his son is in his state so he won’t leave. Does he like me or not? He also won’t say if he likes me or not.

I'm trying to get a feel of how many guys are okay with dating/have been interested in older women.

I'm talking +5 years older, specially when guys are in their 20s.

I know some women wouldn't go for younger guys, even if it's only a year or two, so what about you?

My friend got sick, like really sick. He usually still talks on the phone or texts us but he didn’t for like two days. I went to his place and he’s literally stuck in the bed and looked terrible. He had chill bumps but his skin was hot. So I had to ask his sister to get the thermometer and just like I thought he had a fever. I went back to my house and made soup and brought it back to him because he hadn’t eaten. Anyway he texted me later asking why did that for him. I said cus I’m ur friend duh. He didn’t answer back. Did I do too much? Isn’t that a good friend act? I don’t get why he even asked that.

I am not talking about your preference. But what you think most people think.

i spoke with my aunt about my crush and said that im not sure if he likes me back or not. she told me that since he isn't talking to me outside of school and church and doesn't text me, he isn't interested. but some people say that texting isn't an indicator of someone's interest. what do you all think?

i trust my aunt's opinion, especially since she isn't blinded by feelings like i may be. but one reason i didn't think much of him texting me is because he is almost never on his phone when we are talking. and he has told me that he's busy and with what. but i have also heard that even a busy man will make time to text the woman he wants. i am confused.

also what are indicators that a guy is interested?

I don't know if it is gag I see too many guys saying that they won't date same age girl but in real life I rarely see guys who want to go for younger girls. We think that they're immature and men agree with us maybe it is because I am young. i also prefer same age guys.

I see a lot of posts from girls on here about a guy staring and giving mixed signals.

Then a common response from men (and women) is "he's shy".

I feel that "shy" is really a man who isn't actually interested but will take whatever is on offer when it is convenient for him.

I'm obviously not talking about abusive kind of hitting, but more like poking and pushing a little bit?

I personally only hit a guy if I'm really into him just to start some kind of skin ship between us, you know?

It's like how guys tease the girls they're into. It doesn't make sense, but it's usually flirty.

Do you guys take it as such? Or do you not like it?

I'm on the the heels of a horrible break up from a relationship I never really wanted to be in anyway.

I'm sore but well on the mend.

This whole thing has been going on for about 6 months.

Long story short, on my street is a really popular and vibrant restaurant. There are a ton of wait staff there, all male.

There are a couple that would kind of scope me out but I felt it was curiosity since I am fairly mysterious.

One server in particular has pathetically, IMHO, tried to get my attention when I would pass by by clearing his throat.

Once he decided to stare and not look away.

I don't jump to these silent cat calls.

He's tried to smile at me and stuff but I've been stoic because he is a smoker and I am judging him. I'll be honest.

Fast forward, I have started getting takeout there from time to time. When I walk in, some of the kitchen staff will look at him when I come in.

I purposely look away and I see him in my peripheral vision staring at me.

When I was waiting for my order, all he could do was stand really close to me when he was ringing in his table and I was ordering take out.

I caught him once staring, he looked away so fast and swallowed so hard. He was so embarrassed.

Th other evening a friend of mine treated me and we ate there.

We were seated at the back. He kept coming to the back sneaking looks at us. He works the patio.

My friend ordered some takout and we were waiting for it on the patio. He came to take our order and went straight up to me. My friend then explained we were just waiting for take out. He smiled and left.

Then he stood at the top of the stairs so he could totally see and hear us but he was pretend not watching.

We both pretend to ignore each other, actually.

I am just still reeling from all the recent emotional abuse and I feel this push-pull behaviour is a sign he is another immature, undercover narc looking for attention from someone he views as vulnerable.

My guy and I have been together for close to 7 years on and off. We are way past the honeymoon phase but I still like being with him a lot. I am noticing however that he perpetually tries to engage me in fights by criticizing my looks or saying things he knows I will react to and then we will argue and emotions will get high and that seems to turn him on more. Recently, we got into our worst fight and he said he wanted to end things and move on. I got really upset etc at first and tried to make up but he was very mad and didn’t make much effort. When I told him off (I typically am never this harsh) and left — it hasn’t been been a few days and he really wants me, even more than normal. He suddenly likes me how I am and wants to only be with me etc and is very sexually attracted to. It makes no sense. Is this normal? Do you feel more turned on after fighting?
