Guys, Would you go for a woman older than you?

Question

I'm trying to get a feel of how many guys are okay with dating/have been interested in older women.

I'm talking +5 years older, specially when guys are in their 20s.

I know some women wouldn't go for younger guys, even if it's only a year or two, so what about you?

I've done that already. In my early 20's (fairly recently) I was with a woman in her mid 40's we spent a whole year together. A long distance thing because we live in different countires but in just 1 year she visited around 6 times and I hosted her for a week each time.

Can't deny that it's the best sex I've ever had. We bonded intellectually too. Nothing was wrong with it.

But then we both realized that we had reached our glass sealing. Neither of us could introduce the other to parents or even friends (while I knew a few of her friends) and she's a single mom and I have no intention of fathering her daughter who I met and found to be very sweet.

It was hard to end it and I certainly wouldn't do it again with someone else since the ending will always be the same

My girl was 7 years older than me and I loved her more than anything. We had 6 happy years together

The only problem we encountered is when she was turning 30, ready to get married and have kids, I was only 23... Only 5 years out of highschool, marriage and kids weren't even remotely on my mind. So that was a problem. She felt as if I was holding her back, and I felt like she was rushing me along.

That is around the age I usually end up dating. My parents were older when I was born (mom almost 45) so I grew up around their friends' older children. I apparently grew accustomed to viewing older people as peers, so it has been natural to date women a few years older.

I see older women at the gym that are still attractive. It depends on the individual. These women are in their 50s and it is obvious they have spent their whole lives taking care of themselves.

I am 37, my wife is 41. I have no problems with that at all. The older you get, the more your age just seems nothing more than a number on a calender.

For sex it doesn't matter. For casual relationship it matters a little. For serious relationship it matters a lot. That is that the man is older and woman is younger.
