Questions: Guy's Behavior

I am into a guy, there were clear signs he was interested in me but had gone cold since the day before valentine due to a misunderstanding , and now he avoids me.

I think I will ask him out , but I am always the one who ask guys out and whenever I did to my surprise , I was met with harsh NO’s I have developed trauma because of this because I have been rejected too much ( everytime ) not a single success.
So I am really anxious to ask him because then I will see him everyday ( he works in my home building ) and I know guys can be a bit jerky about this like they become mean etc. So I am scared.

I swore I would never ask a guy out again but everytime I think ‘ he might be really shy I don’t want to let this slip’ but then great shame happen ( some have yelled at me , called me names etc )

i mention this for the guys and girls out there I am considered very pretty All to say : dont believe because a girl or guy is pretty they have all the luck. i really have none and myself esteem through the years have lessen and lessen my taste in guys goes to normal guys nothing fancy.

My crush made a romantic playlist for me (he named it after me and was trying to get my attention at the time) a year ago but never shared it with me. He soon made the playlist private and now one year later he just deleted it. I still see him weekly in a lecture and he does glance at me at the beginning of the lecture when he thinks I don’t notice. Why did he make an effort to delete it? He rarely deletes any of his playlists. And yeah I know it’s kind of creepy that I monitor his Spotify activities but I’ve never been so drawn to anyone like to him.

Hey, so I have a huge crush on a male coworker. We are quite close at work and we flirt together. However, we are not in a position to date each other.

I saw him the other weekend and we were both a little drunk. I ended up telling him how I felt about him. I asked him if he liked me back and he said “you’re a lovely person”. I kept asking him, and he kept saying that I’m lovely. Eventually, he said “yes I do, but we can’t be together” and then we had a couple of quick kisses on the lips.

Since then, he’s been awkward around me at work. There is a stark contrast between how he was before and how he is now. He says that everything’s fine and our friendship is unaffected. He even said he didn’t remember what happened, even though I text him the next day apologising and he said it was fine.

Every time I’ve seen him outside of work and we’ve had a few drinks, he’s always been very huggy and has even nuzzled into my hair.

At work, he is hot and cold. He used to stare at me a lot but now he seems to avoid eye contact. And when we have lunch, he used to sit beside me or opposite me. But now he either sits by me but moves his chair further down the table or he sits diagonally opposite me.

I’ve noticed he does still joke with me and his voice goes soft if it’s just us two. Why is he being like this? Does he have feelings for me?

So I am curious.
