My boyfriend and I are debating if it’s weird if a guy you know and enjoy talking to tells you that when you say something not particularly sexual like “ferrari” is hot to him, or in a normal convo he gets hard just listening to you talk because he’s so attracted and into you and you like talking to him too. He says it’s weird, I say it’s flattering.

I have a huge crush on a guy and we get on well. We always make strong eye contact and most mornings he says good morning to me first. I sometimes catch him staring at me.

This morning, I noticed that he has more or less shaved his beard off.

I complimented him and said it looks nice. He said “thank you” but then kept saying he didn’t like it, his mum doesn’t like it etc. as if to seek constant reassurance. He said that he’d said to his mum “I am half of you so I have your looks”.

I said that I’m glad I don’t have my dad’s nose because it’s a beak. I then said I have my mums eyes.

He said “you’re blessed then”

Was he subtly complimenting my looks? Does he think I’m attractive? What did he mean?

For context, there is a guy who teases me almost every time we interact. Do you tease/have banter with girls you fancy/have feelings for/ are attracted to?

So I’m 30 years old and single. I don’t wear makeup so probably about a 5/10 face but I’m very athletic as run regularly so the body probably about 9/10.

I commented on a post from a girl he follows, tagging both him and my trans cousin (who I suspect he might be interacting with) under this girls page and wrote “Trans love!!” After that, the girl blocked me, and he changed his username.

Reveal yourselves

Just to give a brief intro - I noticed this guy randomly gazing and smiling at me. We eventually made friends and he is usually the first one to initiate any interaction. He always looks/stares at me when he walks towards me/in my direction. He holds very strong eye contact when we talk, he smiles a lot when we talk and he teases me. Over the last few days, things have seemed very intense

- We were talking and he more or less admitted that he doesn’t like talking to people in general. I said, “well I must be pretty awesome if you’re talking to me.”, he said “yes, absolutely, you passed the test with flying colours” but did not look at me when he said that.

- We made eye contact and he looked away so quickly/aggressively that I thought his head would fall off

- Yesterday, he walked past me/in my direction three times and each time, I caught him staring at me

- Today, I caught him looking at me a few times and he smiled at me when I looked at him

- I told him that I like his shirt and he smiled, and he was still smiling to himself when I walked away

- he walked past my office and he doesn’t work anywhere near me. He was walking right against the wall and stared into the window at me as he walked past. When I teased him about it, he said “I was bored and going for a walk”, he didn’t have to come by my office.

I have this guy in my class whom I’ve known for a long time from an old school. We both moved to the same college, and since we didn’t know anyone there, we naturally started talking more. Recently, as we’ve been spending more one-on-one time together, I’ve started developing feelings for him.

I’ve heard that most guys believe men and women can’t really be just friends, so I thought that by spending more time together and getting closer, maybe he’d start to like me too. I consider myself an attractive person—people tend to turn their heads when I enter a room—so I wonder if he sees me as just a friend or if he might want something more.

The only thing that makes me doubt is that I’m four years older than him, and I wonder if that affects how he sees me. One thing I’m sure about is that if he wanted a hookup, he wouldn’t say no—but I’m not sure if he would actually want a relationship with me.

I know i likely am, and i genuinely dont think he's interested or anything, and even if he was it would be illegal, but I've developed a big crush on the IT guy at college (he does exams aswell) . I've been there part time since last September (although I've been doing online courses before) at night class and now daytime for one day. My room at night class was on the same corridor as his office, and actually even when i first met him/seen him then i teased him about the last time i did an exam cos he took forever to get the password right 😂😂i actually thought he was a bit odd, bit of a dork at first, like he isn't even remotely attractive but still there seems to be something for me to be attracted to him, which is why im struggling with this/being around him. We spent a lot of time on our own organizing my exam and i need a specific chair for my health (back/tinnitus) and so i would have ventured into his room a lot, he never cared or said i wasn't allowed (im not allowed there in the other campus) there was an actual pinpoint of where it started i guess i seen him in a different light, im sure he was just doing his job but he told me something about my daytime course from his diary that he shouldn't have, gave me his chair for my exam to sit on and just generally been nice to me even though most people are sick of me😂😂

Anyway it was the last night of the course (2 days before my exam) and i was stood near the doorway of the room and there's a little bit of the room that has another door inbetween (there's a printer) and of course i only turned my head for a split second as he's walking past (and no, didn't even know he was there) u can guess it, im convinced there was an eye contact of some sort😂😂 and yet i know deep down it likely wasn't. My teacher pushed me to go see him regarding my exam and it actually felt so awkward and later im literally staring at him and getting distracted 😂😂

I was chatting with my crush and I was talking about going to the gym. He said “you’re a better person than me” and I said “aww thanks”…. then he said “it wasn’t a compliment” while smiling. Then he said “only joking”
