Very nice, but Cobra is totally wrong. In this way you can hurt your spine. Correct way to practice it is - not too much bend, lift up the trunk using your back muscles, arms are passive. Stay in position for 15 seconds. This way it brings benefits. The position on the picture is only a sexy push up which can hurt you.

Hey could you tell me some of the benefits? I'm thinking that maybe I should try it. Is one of the benefits that it helps with any pains? Also do you feel any different after doing it regularly? Like more flexible, nimble and agile?

Yoga is stretching and breathing exercise. Not worth the time to me. I need to be in motion doing something I enjoy.
