so you wanna know THE secret of losing weight and start liking yourself more.
Then let me tell you it goes the other way around.
Like yourself by being fair and respectful to yourself !
So lets start with the fairness part: Check if you REALLY are too fat, don't just call yourself fat without knowing that you are. Thats not being fair. There is a very simple method using Kilogramm and centimeter, to find out if you are in fact overweight and how much.
The Formula to find out your NORMAL WEIGHT goes like this: Body height in cm - 100
To find out what would be your IDEAL WEIGHT: Normal weight - 10% for men and -15% for women
So lets use that formula on me to see an example: 185 cm - 100 = 85 kg Normal weight
85 kg - 8,5 kg = 76,5 kg Ideal weight
To be 5 - 10 kg over or under your Normal weight is totally fine, the dangerous part begins at 15 - 20 kg over or underweight.
American people using pounds open google and just type (my example) 85 kg in lbs and this happens:

So now I know that 187 pounds are totally fine for my body height. If Im significantly heavier than that, Im officially allowed to tell myself that Im overweight.

Lets get to the treating your body respectful part:
No.1) Don't throw garbage at your body: Coke, Fast food, candy and all this stuff that mother nature didn't mean for us to consume.
Forget anything man made that you can eat, what is left ?: Water, Fish, Chicken, beef, vegetables and fruits.(bread for example is man made and therefore forbidden)
6 times a week its like this:
Formula for every lunch or dinner: 150g of fish/ chicken or beef and 300g vegetables
For breakfast here are some simple receipts: 250g of low-fat quark + 20g of nuts
200g of cottage cheese + 100g of berries
a protein shake + 20g of nuts
and the last day of the week is to refill your energy by eating carbs:
Formula for lunch or dinner: 150g of fish/ chicken or beef and 300g of vegetables AND 100g of rice.
Breakfast receipts: 400g of low fat Quark + 1 Banana + 1 Apple
50g of nuts + 50g of dried fruits (like raisins etc)
a protein shake + 20g of nuts + 1 apple or banana
Don't use salt. This is a really healthy way of losing fat and living healthy. There are no cheat days.
Also don't eat while doing other stuff like watching tv. Actually concentrate on the food.
No. 2) Take care of your body: go hit the gym, at least using the bicycle for 50 minutes every day.
And remember to be fair to yourself, as soon as you hit 50 minutes, you stand up and call it a day, don't be like "you know lets go for another 10-30 minutes" don't lie to yourself, you promised yourself after 50 minutes you stand up and go. Otherwise you'll be burned out after a week.
Do that until you come close to the weight you wanna achieve and then talk to a trainer to show you how to train specific body parts and in which order.
Trust me by living like this I lost 50kg(110 pounds) in 6 months.
I've grown more self confidence and pay more attention to what and how I eat.
