
A workout doesn't have to be on a bike, or a track, or lifting a weight, or down a field. Find some sport or activity, like dance for me, that makes you actually want to put on your gym clothes and get out there. Keep trying different activities until you find that thing that makes you want to move. If you're like me, and you like to dance, there are so many Youtube channels that provide free content to help get your body moving if you cannot afford a dance class or don't like dancing in front of other people, or just don't have the time to get to a class.
Just remember, with any type of workout, to make sure you are warmed up first and have a decent sized space to move around in without bumping into things. If you have wood or tile floors with dancing just be careful because sweat on the floor can cause you to slip.
