Get Up and Dance!
I tend to get so bored with gym workouts all the time staring at the same walls, lifting the same weights, or running the same track or treadmill. It just doesn't inspire me to workout as much and you don't always have decent enough weather to workout outside. That's the thing about working out though; some people give up on it because they figure a workout can only happen in a gym and if it doesn't happen there, they are some type of failure and soon quit whatever program they are on. Some people really enjoy the gym, some don't, and some like to just mix it up.

A workout doesn't have to be on a bike, or a track, or lifting a weight, or down a field. Find some sport or activity, like dance for me, that makes you actually want to put on your gym clothes and get out there. Keep trying different activities until you find that thing that makes you want to move. If you're like me, and you like to dance, there are so many Youtube channels that provide free content to help get your body moving if you cannot afford a dance class or don't like dancing in front of other people, or just don't have the time to get to a class.

Just remember, with any type of workout, to make sure you are warmed up first and have a decent sized space to move around in without bumping into things. If you have wood or tile floors with dancing just be careful because sweat on the floor can cause you to slip.
