1) Drink one full glasses of water before you eat any meal...

This will trick your body into thinking that it is fuller than it otherwise would be. This is especially true if you drink one full glass of cold water before every meal. You stomach will feel full and you will eat smaller portions. Also, if there is any kind of weight that you want to have in your body during a weight loss period...it is water weight because it is much easier to burn off.

2) Take the stairs!

Taking the stairs not only burns calories when you do it every day...but it also really works your glutes (Butt muscles)...this means you will not only be healthier but looking sexier as well. :-)

I know this falls under the diet reference that I was trying to avoid..but... when you eat foods like Brans and large Asian Pears and Beans you will be eating foods that are not only delicious and filling-but also foods that digest excellent in your body. These foods will be delicious and enter your body and then leave out the exit door by the end of the day.
