Hello everyone! This is my second take. Thanks for all the responses on the first one๐ So let's see some habits which can affect our kidneys.
1) Alcohol Abuse- Alcohol consumption can affect many parts of your body including your kidneys. One or two drinks are fine but more than two drinks per day can increase your Blood pressure, affect your liver and add to the work of kidneys. It directly affects the functioning of kidneys.Everything in a limit is fine.

2) Holding In Urine- Withholding urine in bladder can result in extensive kidney damage. A normal bladder can store about 2 cups of urine. Urge to pass Urine is actually a pretty complex process involving many muscles, organs, and nerves that work together to tell you that itโs time to go.Holding it may cause kidney stones, cystitis, bladder swelling and kidney failures at worst. So don't hold it if it isn't really important

3) Dehydration- Water is essential for the kidneys to function. Drinking too little water on daily basis will obstruct kidneys' performance disabling them to flush all wastes and toxins out of your body. The leading cause of kidney stones is a lack of water; they are commonly reported in people who do not drink the recommended daily amount of water.Drink enough water everyday.

According to a research, A link between reduced sleep and diminished kidney function might be the result of medical conditions that affect kidney function, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
