Hello and welcome everyone! You must be thinking that I started writing takes so frequently but with time the number of takes per week dropped heavily, so I'll try writing these more often from now.

I think we all have that one friend who eats like a bull but still remains skinny and never puts on weight. So what is with them? Luck? Genes? Nope, some habits dude habits. They are unknowingly doing something right. What is it?? Let's check it out!

1) Choose Satisfaction

Sating hunger and feeling stuffed are actually two different things. They just go on and eat whatever they want without worrying for other issues(cuz maybe they probably know that they're not prone to obesity lol) but most of the skinny people stop quite far from ultimately full tummy. This is not that difficult as brain takes 20 minutes(after you start eating something) to recieve the signal that your stomach is full. Eating slowly can gelp you tackle that.(Probably the reason why slim people are generally slow eaters)

2) Learn to deal with Occasional Hunger

Slim people don't panic when there is nothing around to eat. There's no harm in skipping a meal a few times to check your self-control. But if you're skipping a meal, I'd prefer lunch, never breakfast(most important meal of the day, as it is said). It actually is the most effective way to train yourself to lessen the anxiety when you're hungry.

PS- This is for people suffering from eating disorders and health problems requiring regular food intake.

3) Focus Elsewhere

Ever noticed this habit of skinny people? They don't really pay much attention to food in the dining table. They are usually busy talking to family or wondering bout something else. This probably helps in developing their hobbies instead of considering food to be the only source of satisfaction and joy

4) Move your Ass

These people, so called skinny, use their feet quite often. They don't just use motor vehicles for small distances or end up their weekdays lying on the couch. Many of em like to walk on their feet (me too😛)

5) Spice up your Meals

A chemical compound called capsaicin(doesn't it sound like capsicum?😂😛) is an active component of chili peppers. According to web, it acts as appetite supressant. Actually, It’s also one of the features of cayenne pepper that make it so beneficial.It relieves pain and might be helpful in treating cancer too. So, why not try it?😉
