Mental exercise - Sudoku anyone?
Stress management - avoid it
Healthy diet - vegetable, fish..
but. What happens if we can't do this ?
Stress will always be there. No matter how hard you tried (see my other MyTakes) You get stress from all parts of your life; job, relationship, television, etc.
