Bollocks. DO get vaccinated so EVERYONE can go outside and enjoy a regular life again.
1. A-Z: Had it, no problems.
2. Wasn't she told not to exercise for three days after the vaccination?
3. Of course the people you'll hear from on social networks, or in the family, are the ones who had problems, not the ones who didn't notice anything.
4. What do you think her response to the actual virus would have been?
FWIW, I think young women should try to get one of the mRNA vaccines in preference to the A-Z or J&J ones, unless it delays their innoculation by more than a week or two. That said, your personal chance of dying from the vaccine is about the same as taking a coin, flipping it 20 times and getting the same side every time, compared with 12 times if you get the virus (and the virus is more likely to have other negative heath consequences).
My mother couldn't exercise for 2 weeks after the vaccine because she felt so weak and bad, so she didn't break that rule lol.
The vaccine is about reducing population. It has nothing to do with health and they have no intention of lifting restrictions long term.

You are aware that if somebody tests positive for covid and then dies from a heart attack or gets hit by a truck, they put on the death certificate "died of covid 19." I assumed you was aware of that? Clearly not.

@Stephen_77 I'm aware of all of the bogus crap people like you put out, I've been seeing it all year. Those cases might account for a percent or two, but there's probably a similar amount of people who weren't counted because they weren't tested. You still didn't explain why 600,000 more Americans died over the last year or so compared with the same periods over the preceding 5 years. (And it's the same all over the world.)

Yes, they're probably dying of suicide and cancer patients having their treatments delayed. If somebody tests positive for the virus and dies within 28 days of anything else, they get labelled "died of covid 19" when they didn't. Why do they have to lie about the death rates? Clearly it's a scam.

Like I just said, I saw one woman, a nurse, 40 years old, posted her virtue signalling posts on social media about how she got vaccinated, a few days later she died of “natural causes”. How many 40 year olds do you know who’ve died of natural causes? Old age? People are really stupid enough not to see that as suspicious. It’s insane.
@rebeliouse, the VAERS site admits that almost 4000 people in the U. S. have died from the vax, and there have been thousands of horrific reactions from Kawasaki disease to miscarriages to permanent severe neurological damage. It is also admitted that only about 10% of death and bad reactions get reported to VAERS.
When 50 people died from the swine flu vaccination, it was immediately pulled from the market. So how can a new, experimental gene therapy brew (not a vaccine) kill between 4000 and 40,000 Americans within 4 months and still be on the market? And how can the manufacturers bear no liability for injuries?

There are always going to be a percentage of people that have bad reactions to vaccines. I'm sad to hear it, but here's the deal. Based on the limited testing information that was available, Pfizer or Moderna were far better choices. What made her be accepting to Astra Zeneca?

Looking at the messages in the media, it seems we're being primed for the next lockdown with this alleged Indian variant. If that happens there is no release from the death-grip. All independent businesses are done for, total financial and systemic collapse is possible, and the autumn and winter months are naturally respiratory and well, death season anyway!
The sad fact is, that even though we could see what's going to happen months ago, with all the signals in the media and precedence, the public will still go along with it in a dumbfounded and compliant way. I am finishing my biomedical degree and find the science behind the mRNA vaccine interesting and holding promise, but yeah no one knows how people will react decades down the line. The process is pretty straightforward. It behaves like a virus in your body, but the script was cut to only produce the viral spike protein. However, this technology is gene editing from a intellectual pursuit intriguing, but ethically and health wise questionable. I have some friends that are teachers who were compelled to take it. I recommended Pfizer and they are doing fine. Long term gene editing will cause mutations, one time shot shouldn't be a concern, but decades are. I'm personally waiting for the Valneva vaccine if my blood test is negative for antibodies (which I doubt). Valneva used the classical methodology used for decades. They are only pushing for vaccine mandates so they can claim it got rid of the virus, but just like the mask the data is highly suspect. Also some of the mutations don't have the spike protein making full virus immunity superior which Valneva and those recovered have.

@Levin Long term that is a serious question. In principle this vaccine acts like a virus by hijacking your cells to produce viral spike proteins. Normally a virus kills the host cell and enough cellular death you are sick. In controlled settings and regulated cellular death this shouldn't be anymore deadly than getting a cold, but if the cells that were hijacked do not die, you could end up with propagating altered cells. This is a low chance at a few shots, but decades of use would increase the likelihood of such an event. This technology was approved so that the real interesting things could be accomplished, gene editing. In process they cut short the script from the virus, but in effect they have forced the cells to produce non human compounds, a virus does this already, but it has opened the gate for other modifications.
@Levin Mainly I am saying if you aren't high risk it will be opportune to wait for a deactivated Virus Vaccine such as Valneva's. One mRNA vaccine isn't likely to be deadly, but decades of use is the question on everyone's minds. Personally the cold like symptoms of Sars-2 isn't worth it for me and I likely still have antibodies for it. But if the mandating vaccination psychosis increases I'd hold off for the classical version like Valneva's.

@Gravit1 Yes, he thinks lots of people have died of the vaccine. In the real world, since the end of January, 140,000 Americans have died of the virus.
Even assuming the 4,000 number of people who died after getting a vaccination is correct, an MD would know to subtract the number of (mostly older) people who would be expected to pop their clogs within a couple of weeks of any given day. As of today, over 160 million Americans have had at least one shot - 4,000 is 0.0025% of them. In any given week, approximately 0.015% of the American population dies.
@goaded There's also 750000 adverse incidents reported in the UK. And like we say, by the government's own admission, only 10% are reported.
There's been some NHS whistleblowers recently saying their surgeries are getting overwhelmed with vaccine injuries, accounting for up to half of patients. In the same report the person said there had been numerous deaths and injuries, and that these weren't being reported by doctors to the yellow card system, bar one death which the family insisted that was reported.
Anyway, I kind of think you're wasting your breath now. Everybody has made their choice and you're not going to convince anyone to change their mind. The next few months will show us whether we will indeed fall off a cliff now as we suspected. It's not a conspiracy when every stage that we predicted is being checked off. Now there are rumblings that there will no release date on the 21st of June, or whenever it was supposed to be, because of the alleged Indian variant. Which, by the way, would be from 37,000,000 vaccinations, and the ones that aren't reported will obviously be the ones that aren't life-threatening (I didn't report my sore arm, for example).

Of course it won't go on forever, and it's not an "alleged" Indian variant. Nobody can make a reasonable prediction more than a couple of weeks in advance because things change that quickly. Of course there's a difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated people; that's been known for centuries, and children have been kept out of school for not having various vaccinations for ages.

I have had both of my shots and had no side effects from either except a sore arm where they stuck me. Mine was the Moderna vaccination.

The other point would be that although she shared a bad experience with it she also said don’t underestimate vaccines as well. Seems erroneous to proclaim both sides of the fence.
@kmg9150 Well the blood clots also aren't backed by companies. Yet it's haltered the roll out. I am fairly sure if people were reporting constant headaches the rollouts would stop.
Also I think we now many people who have had the vaccine who are 100% fine after the day or 2 aches.
What I meant when I wrote "don't trust social media" was that you shouldn't trust people deliberately spreading misinformation about the vaccine.
G@G isn't social media in my opinion, it's more like a forum - it's not as quick as Twitter (retweets are SO easy), not as monetized as YouTube and Instagram (no clue whether people here were paid to write takes but I don't think so) and doesn't have as many members as Facebook, for example.

Still, you shouldn't think that just because my mother had a negative experience with the vaccine that the vaccine is bad for EVERYONE. There are certainly circumstances where the vaccine is very helpful. Also, not everyone has a negative reaction to the Covid vaccine or to vaccines in general, like @kmg9150 already pointed out.

Depression and temporary sickness can happen naturally as well. How can you be so sure it was the result of a vaccine? Maybe it occurred around the same time but that is sufficient to say the vaccine caused it.

I agree that these things can happen naturally, but my mother never had a headache for more than a few days at a time in all of her life.
This is just HER experience, whether the vaccine and the headache/mental health issues are related can't be fully determined, but my mother feels very strongly about making sure people around her are aware of the possible side effects of the vaccine.
It's just ONE story of many. I know people who got the vaccine and handled it very well too, no side effects at all other than some minor dizziness.
I'm very sorry for your mother. It is worth remembering that we get vaccines entirely for our own benefit. It is mostly. to protect our loved ones from diseases I might get that could kill them It ain't about me.
By the way I have had every vaccine going on a regular basis for all of my life. Problems: ZERO. Recovery time required: NONE, not a microsecond EVER.
