Is your head throbbing? Do you feel your stomach churning? Do you feel like you've been hit by a semi truck and the room can't stop spinning? Did you ask yourself, "Why did I take that last shot?" Sounds like you have a hangover!
Unfortunately you did drink too much and now you must pay the ultimate price: a HANGOVER!
Don't worry, I've got you covered! There are ways to relieve the annoying headaches, nausea and fatigue after drinking too much.
Besides not drinking in the first place or moderation, there are ways for you to avoid a hangover. Check out the list below!
1. Rehydration: H20

Alcohol cause dehydration, so be sure to drinking lots of water! It will wash the alcohol right out of your system. Tossing a lemon in your glass of water will soothe your upset stomach and will give you a little boost of Vitamin C!
2. Ginger ale or Juice

A little ginger ale or carbonated water will help settle that upset stomach. Likewise, juice has the Vitamin C to give you that boost of energy you'll need.
3. Toast or Crackers

A few slices of toast or a couple of crackers are just what the doctor ordered, but skip the butter and jam! All those toasts you were cheering to last night
4. Pills

NSAIDS, ibuprofen, aspirin, or naproxen will knock out that headache, but don't take acetaminophen because it can be dangerous while your liver is working overtime to metabolize the alcohol in your system.
5. Fruit

Fix yourself some fruit to refresh your energy levels and not shock your stomach!
6. Sleep

Sleep it off! Sleep in till the afternoon and you'll snore pass the worst part of your hangover. Be sure to drink lots of water when you finally wake up!
7. Greasy Breakfast

A nice big breakfast full of fatty foods is just what you need to process and break down the alcohol. To further metabolize alcohol’s breakdown products, have a few pieces of bacon, ham and/or sausage, which are full of B vitamins. Likewise, eggs and cheese are full of antioxidants that will comfort your upset overall system. Visit your favorite diner and eat up!
8. Pedialyte Freezer Pops

Pedialyte is originally meant for children who are dehydrated from diarrhea and vomiting, but they are just as effective on adults who are dehydrated from alcohol!
9. Exercise

I know, you may not feel up to it after a night of partying, but light exercise can boost your metabolism and get the alcohol out of your system faster. But beware if you don't hydrate properly, because it can actually make your hang over worse.
10. Designated Driver
Unfortunately a 100% full proof method is not drinking at all! If you really don't want to wake up with a hangover, do not drink at all.
