That I do know, otherwise I wouldn't have started jogging. But currently I don't have the muscle mass to go to the gym by myself. I intend to gain something by myself and then go.
@BertMacklinFBI If you want to poison the entire gym, with your constant spraying, then yes.. Ultimately you will just smell like a disgusting mix, between sweat and way too much deo, which so much worse.
@Takada I was talking about the sweat aspect of it, as you should keep the equipment clean, and it helps me and my co-workers because if no one cleans the equipment it gets really nasty, really quick I mean I work in a gym so I know what I am talking about.
@Phoenix98 No, it doesn't. She only mentioned sweat because the bo is CAUSED by the sweat. She specifically said she was talking about #6. So stop being so damn stubborn and stop talking about the damn equipment!
@ShaeNielson Of all the instances where I have been to a gym there were maybe 1 out of a possible 100 people that break this rule. I'm not talking about the usually sweat here and there I'm talking about the type of BO that lingers long after the person has walked away.
But they can't help it? I get that it is unpleasant, but if they have done what they can against it, should they then just not be allowed to work out? @Asker
#5 should also including sitting on a machine/bench when resting. Goddamn people sitting there for a minute and a half resting hogging up the machine... WTF.
We really do try and educate people online about gym etiquette, but you never know. Mentioning these sort of things in the gym may cause a fight. There's never a single day where I see someone at the gym and roll my eyes.

I only go on my phone to rest between sets lol
Nice article!
better you leave it in the locker.
I use it to time myself and for music
Oh ok. Everytime I see someone pulling out their phone in the gym I have this strange urge to grab it off their hands and smash it into pieces
Damn... yet another reminder that I really need to go to the gym. Just can't bring myself to do it.
It's got to become a habit, kind of like taking a shower.
I know I know. I've made working out by myself into a habit, but that one step into the gym is something I don't know how to take.
The hardest part of working out is walking through the front door of your house

"But currently I don't have the muscle mass to go to the gym by myself. I intend to gain something by myself and then go."
No, just no.
You have more reason to go to the gym then the most buffiest guy in there. You have more to gain then they do.
number 3 irritates me so much. i can never find the weights i need unless i gym in the morning
I'm known as the scavenger hunter at the gym. I'm always looking for weights.
There are many nutjobs that don't put the dumbells in their right spots.
There is a 50's where the 12's are and a 25's where the 75's are.
Stupid humans.
That's very common. Hate it.
I work at a gym and I defiantly agree with all of these rules 100%.
thanks mane
#11 gym workers the actual employees of the gym hitting on the girls in the gym
it should not be allowed
Yes! Thank you! I think some workers only work at gyms to creep.
I want a woman to stare at me though. Shows signs that she's interested.
this dude...
Hahahaha love the comment and the response, this dude xD
#6 is stupid, you can't help but sweat and smell when you're at the gym.
Actually it's not, at my gym we all take the time to spray our area down and wipe it.
That won't help on body odor. @Phoenix98
@Phoenix98 She was talking about #6, not #1
isn't that what deodorant is for? NO HATE!
@BertMacklinFBI If you want to poison the entire gym, with your constant spraying, then yes.. Ultimately you will just smell like a disgusting mix, between sweat and way too much deo, which so much worse.
well I meant like just a swig of a stick before going to the gym :D
@Takada I was talking about the sweat aspect of it, as you should keep the equipment clean, and it helps me and my co-workers because if no one cleans the equipment it gets really nasty, really quick I mean I work in a gym so I know what I am talking about.
As for the BO just wear deodorant.
@Phoenix98 But I was not at all talking about the equipment. Your comment really have no relevance to my post..
@Phoenix98 No one was talking about the equipment. She was talking about the smell.
@Takada she was referring to sweat and bo, the sweat thing goes with the equipment thing as a given, while the bo is just a general thing.
I was referring to the smell of sweat from your body. This is about body odor, not about wiping the fucking equipment. @Phoenix98
@Phoenix98 No, it doesn't. She only mentioned sweat because the bo is CAUSED by the sweat. She specifically said she was talking about #6. So stop being so damn stubborn and stop talking about the damn equipment!
Relax kid, there is no reason for language.
Exactly @Takada
@Takada, relax it's not a big deal, there is no need for the language.
@Phoenix98 The language? Now you're just being ridiculous.
Well excuse me, but I just happen to be a frequent user of the word "fucking" deal with it.
@Phoenix98

unless I ask to work in, then I don't see a problem with a 30 second breather hahaa.
or if someone is hovering over you then it is implied that they are looking to use it.
Lol, 9 made me laugh.
Yeah except I'm not sure why ladies were singled out for this? Men stare and I think women are more sensitive to the unwelcomed attention than men?
@sjoes006
He's making a joke since the stereotype is that men are creepy and stare at women at the gym all the time.
Very well said! Cheers! :-D
thanks bruh
Just today I had to deal with this asshole who was curling 3 feet in front of the damn dumbbell rack! Wanted to strangle him! :-P

Man ARE U SURE THAT WOMEN STARE AT YOU
nony? is that you?
Nice take.
