How to cut weight to get lean and sexy for the summer!


Ok, so summer is right around the corner and everybody is wanting to look their best! Guys want to get lean and ripped so they can walk down the boardwalk and beach without a t-shirt and girls want to get lean so they can feel confident in a bikini at the beach! Well if you want to have the body of the guy (Ronaldo) or girl (Eve Torres) in the pic above, here's what you need to do.


1. Make sure your body is in a calorie deficit! You won't drop any weight if your not. For example if your maintenance calories are 2,700 only eat 2,200 calories daily.


2. Stop eating junk! This one is simple if you eat junk everyday you will not reach your fitness goals.


3. Don't focus on abs too much, focus on cardio! Doing abs will not burn stomach fat, cardio will! If you want your abs to show you must reduce your overall Bodyfat level!


4. Once you hit a wall and stop losing weight, invest in a good fat burner! When you first start cutting weight you will shed pounds quickly but after a handful of weeks your body adapts to it and you won't shed weight as quick as you want, that's where a fat burner should come in to help you out!
