7 Things I Do To Keep Myself Skinny

Note, I say skinny. Not fit! I don’t like to have the body that most guys desire, but more like the body a teen has. Call it vanity, but I try to stay a teen both from outside and from inside for as long as I can.

But anyway, my suggestions might work to other people who’d like to be skinny as well.

1) I chew a gum

How are those related? A gum is a way better alternative than having a snack, if you want to munch something due to boredom. It has almost no calories.

It’s common to have a snack when you are sitting on your computer or watching TV, but that’s actually the main reason why people gain weight, I believe. Personally I avoid this.

Have you ever heard about the French Paradox? French don’t eat the healthiest food around actually. Croissants, Macarons and Crepes aren’t the healthiest food around. But they take their time, eating their food instead of shoving it down. Also wine helps in keeping themselves thin as well.

6) Never eat much, a few hours before I go to sleep.

Well, I don’t say at night. The saying don’t eat much at night is wrong. Why? Because if you sleep at 8:00 AM, then it’s OK to eat your big meal at about 9-10 PM. But if you sleep at 12:00 AM? Then yeah it’s bad.

I am out for 4-5 hours per day on average walking. I know most of you don't have the time especially if you have a desk job, but...
