The functionality of most body organs such as kidney, and liver depends on water intake. Water aids digestion and activates the activities of enzymes. The body needs adequate level of water especially after physical activities such as exercise.



Herbal tea comes in different forms and uses. Functions of herbal tea include detoxification, anti-cancer, anti-bacteria, and anti-virus, lowering blood pressure. Second, engage your body in physical activities. Frequent and regular exercise boost the immune system, improves mental health, prevents depression, promotes positive self esteem and in addition helps in burning excess calories.
