What's up folks! This is Westcoast Bratt bringing you another fitness MyTake, this time about how to get a 6-pack! Admit it we all want to have one, we all want to walk around without our t-shirt to show off our nice sexy 6-pack! The problem is over the past 50 years people have been misguiding one another on how to get a 6-pack. But have no fear because Westcoast Bratt is here, with a no BS approach on how to get a 6-pack. I will not try to sell you any product, DVD, book, or diet plan like other articles on the Internet. I'm basically going to give you the keys to the house when it comes to getting a 6-pack, it's up to you to open the door and walk in it.
Tip #1- Stop Focusing On Ab Exercises! Ab exercises are used to strengthen your core, but they will not help you burn belly fat! People tend to work there abs for a long period of time 20-40 mins at times! Your ab routine should be a simple 10-15 minutes at the most.
Tip #2: We all have abs! Yes we do, we are not that different from one another. The problem is a lot of people's abs are covered by a layer (whether it be thin or thick!) of belly fat. Your sexy abs are under that layer of fat!
Tip #3: Cardio! You need to do cardio to burn off your belly fat and reduce your overall Bodyfat level so you can see your abs. Running for decades has been the #1 go to exercise to burn fat, but there's other cardio exercises that will give you great results as well like, elliptical machines, stairmasters, jump rope, and boxing which is my personal favorite and it burns tons of calories!
Tip #4- Diet! You knew this was coming! But if you want abs your going to have to eat clean and healthy! This doesn't mean you need to starve yourself, it just means you need to change your diet. Start eating eggwhites, wheat bread, brown rice, etc. Starting cooking your meats different. Baking them in the oven helps reduce your fat intake! Or another option is to boil them, or grill them on a BBQ grill!
Tip #5- Stay Positive and never give up! If you think you can't do it you probably won't, but if you believe in yourself and you keep working hard toward your goal I promise you will achieve it! Remember this is a marathon not a sprint, it takes time and it's a journey!
Once again I wanna thank you for reading MyTake and I hope you all achieve your fitness goals!
