However, I hate using those machines. I always forget how to set them up and use them, no matter how many times anyone shows me.
I do use the free weights for my arms, that's fine.
What can I do at home using bands or small weights or just my body weight (ideal!) like good old fashioned gym class calisthenics?
I want to tighten my butt, stomach and thighs. I get overwhelmed with too many exercises, so minimum number for each area if possible.
Thanks. Oh, how many times a week should I do them, and how long before I see results? Not trying lose weight, just get toned.
I don't have a TV or dvd player.
