i wanna loose 30lbs
i seem to have a hard time
i weight 170 and i wanna weight 140 by September.. im a woman and i'm 5'5 -5'6
Pills don't really work. And when losing weight, your food is the most important factor. You lose more by eating healthy than you do by exercising, so if you want to lose weight quickly, you should eat both healthy and exercise.
It's important that you're eating a healthy and well-balanced diet. No chips, no fries, no cookies, no cakes, no candy. Cut out all types of fast food and TV dinners as well. Eat salads, chicken, nuts, lentils, spinach, fish etc. And when cooking, don't use butter. Use oils, like olive oil.
when i get around my menstrual cycle i wanna eat sugars, carbs and salts.
its hard not to..
Then what's more important to you? Losing weight or getting momentary satisfaction?
I eat a little more during my period too, but I really hold myself back. In the end, it's not that difficult. If you start craving something, eat fruits instead. At least you'd be snacking on something that's remotely healthier.
Don't take diet pills unless you plan on taking them forever.
They key to weight loss is finding something you can maintain long term. Even if you lose the weight you will gain it all back because you will have destroyed your metabolism. Trust me, I tried it all ways and it didn't work until I ate well and moved. I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off for nearly 3 years.
Slow and steady. And please don't starve yourself. You're allowed to eat... Love your body and treat it right and it will love you back!
garcinia cambogia it's recommended by dr oz who doesn't recommend any product that has negative side effects.
it is a natural supplement that helps improve metabolism. but that alone will NOT cause you to lose 30lbs. eat healthy (lots of leafy greens [kale, spinach and collars esp]), and be active/work out
have you tried it?
no. my gf uses it on the advice of her sister who is a holistic nutritionist (essentially more or less a dietary hippie)
the only risks I know are presented if people are taking certain anti-depressants. there have been a few reports of it but not enough for the WHO or FDA to label any official causation
but using it alone will net you little results. any weight loss is of course predicated on healthy eating and lifestyle
you can order them on amazon. I don't know if GNC or those vitamin stores sell them. My gf ordered them from amazon
Did she loose weight?
she started taking them about 3-4 weeks ago and probably has lost 5lbs at least. but she also does eat healthy and goes on daily (several mile) walks... she has a body type that is slow to metabolize food so the cambogia seems to be a good aid
Well other than diet and exercise advice, I have found the regular caffeine version hydroxicut pills to be helpful. They aren't for everyone though, and they only help a little. But it still worked for me and was cheap.

Not that I'm aware off. There are some concentrated natural foods that can help, like green tea extract.
Instead of spending a lot of money on pills though, have a cup of green tea with every meal.
And a lot of the legal diet pills contain ingredients that naturally found in vegetables, especially cucumbers. So start your day with a whole cucumber.. Doesn't have to be in the morning, but try to eat a whole cucumber throughout the day, every day, helped me a lot
Pills won't do you any good, do cardio and eat at a deficit of 500 calories
Just take caffeine and eat less. 2 days out of the week don't eat.
why two days?
has it worked for you?
It's what bodybuilders do. I think the caffeine should help speed up your metabolism too.
Ha. Give up on carbs and sodium and ACTUALLY start to work to loose it.

but i haven't paid attention to my sodium intake and i realize thats what is messing me up
