I think that those kind of trousers are very GQ.

1). The trousers can emphasize your lean build and lengthen your body.

2). They are sophisticated.

3). Plus you would look very hot.

4). It will look like you actually care about what you wear and that you have style.

My big concern is, are they too tight? Like the groin area? Also, shirts tend to be bagger, so then they need to get tailored down?

They're not too tight at all (granted that you're average height/weight). I would think that you'd have to get the tighter fitting shirts as well, just to not draw attention to the baggy/tight difference between the shirt and pants.
