Sometimes I get yeast infections and heard that they can prevent them.. what kind do you use?

Yes I use Summers Eve. Just a memo, using any type of wash is for the OUTSIDE of your vagina. Washing inside with any type of wash may cause infections because your ph levels become imbalanced.

Yeast infections comes from your diet of too much acidic foods. Those feminine wash will just make it worse.

I can't tell you to cut out bread, sugar treats and pasta but reduce significant intake would help tremendously.

I eat a lot raw greens with my meat. Salads with it is good. Refer to the pyramid food group.

butbut soap isn't good for you!! it messes it up the ph! its better to use water than to use soap.
i use to us soap too. then i found out thy actually made washes for it haha i dont see any changes. but even the gyno said to never use soap.
