Monday through Friday, doing weight training. I've recently started doing my workouts at a quicker, more intense pace to deal with any skinny fat I may be gaining through my diet. I'll also throw in a boxing or kickboxing session for a nice anaerobic workout. But as for pure cardio by itself, I never do it alone.

I don't really do weight lifting that often because i'm just not motivated enough to stick to it. So at the least it try to play basketball or run around at least 2-3 times a week. I consider myself to be in decent shape so I guess this isn't that bad.
Ideally, 2 days just cardio (swimming and walking) and 4 days mixed weights/strength training. Of course it all revolves around my work schedule, -_-

lift weights about 4 days a week and HIIT 5 days a week.
I walk at a fast pace for 1 hour everyday. I lift weights on a bowflex-like machine in my basement and dumbbells for 30 minutes every other day. So that's 3-4 days a week.
It varies. I personally want to be lifting at least 4 days a week. Cardio can sometimes be counter productive to muscle growth, so only 1 or 2 days a week and it's always either high intensity calisthenics or core exercises or sprints. Maybe a jog.
Every other day if you eat right, short (1 hour maybe less) intense workout works best, at least for me. Check out Mike Chang ( yes the YouTube guy )
at the most driven point of my life. i was exercising everyday and on the third week of the month i would rest. my routines were very complex but simple. im a very advanced "amatuer" athlete.
5/6 days cardio, HIIT. Usually at the gym weight lifting but I am taking it easy doing cardio instead this summer, making the most since I have to go to uni in sept
Now I just do a cardio once a week.
I used to do weights six days, will hopefully get back to that soon.3 days cardio, 3 days weights.
