Guys, what do you do to get a good night sleep? I mean to sleep well?

2. Waking up in middle of the night is generally stress if not a medical disorder - latter only a physician can diagnose & certify
3. My most preferred way to get a good nights sleep is a cpl of shots & have wild passionate all over the room sex 3 - 4 times at least & then I sleep like a baby :D ;)
4. point 3 not being possible the best thing is to meditate for about 10 - 20 mins - works well :)
5. If I just masturbate (3/4/5 times) I may sleep for a longer period but maybe not immediately
6. Not possible but the best sleep I get is when I hold my daughter next to me, smell her hair & skin, feel her breath & beat :)
I have major sleeping issues where i can't fall sleep

hmmmm i sleep too lightly... and a simple noise is heard it wakes me up and then its very difficult (sometimes impossible) to get back to sleep.. and this makes me feel really tired and irritated during daytime:(

Alcohol messes up your sleep. Don't drink before bed if you need a good night's rest.
Shut everything off an hour before bed- TV, laptop, etc. Meditate if you're into that thing. Or just do something very low-key.
no babe i don't really consume alcohol (if so very rarely)... yeah i switch off electronics before i go to bed

I don't know what you guys call it (if you do know, please comment it here so I'll know :P) but what prevents a person from sleeping properly the most is early sunlight. People use curtains, but curtains are more like a decoration than anything remotely useful. Other than that, I just stay awake for 14-16 hours and I fall asleep from one moment to the other.
