How can I gain more muscle while losing weight? Without a gym?

I weigh 127 pounds, ans five foot six. I really want to gain muscle and loose weight. But I dont want to lift weights or go to the gym. So I was wondering if anyone has any at home wokouts i could do. Do pushups and crunches work for them too? Thanks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and I eat pretty healthy if that helps with any answers.
