Is it possible to lose fat while gaining muscle?

I have been trying to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time by lowering my daily calories, doing cardio, and lifting weights with some success.

I am currently 21% fat and 43% muscle so I have had some success but I’m wondering if I should try to focus on losing fat first and they gain muscle or fine tune what I’m doing so I get more results.
Is it possible to lose fat while gaining muscle?
