Sweet tooth on a "fat loss" journey?

I'm on my time of month and i'm craving sweets! Especially ice cream and/or donuts. However... i'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle (so i wouldn't really call it a weight loss journey) and im trying to eat healthy as possible and have been for a while now but my cravings are getting worse especially because i'm on my heavier days. can anyone recommend me something thats healthy and low cal that will satisfy my sweet tooth?

I've ate fruits and greek yogurt and it has't helped at all..
