Gaining weight may help a bit, but not too the extreme. Judging by your description, you seem like a naturally petite girl, which means that that is just how your body has adjusted. I am 17, 5'3 with an extremely small breast size, and that may be because I am a gymnast, but I am also naturally petite also. There really is nothing you can do. Lifting weights to increase the size of your pectoral muscles is not going to do anything, trust me, I work out every day, your breast size will not increase based on lifting weights, lol. I say, just embrace it, wait for a guy who will accept you for who you are, and if he judges you based on your breast size, then he's not worth it. #petitegirlsrul ;)

Not here to tell you what to so with your body, if you want to gain weight because you like how you look better go for it.
That being said, A: you are young and still developing. See where you are in 5 years.
B: ain't nothing wrong with your measurements now, I find lots of girls similar to that extremely attractive.
C: in my experience, you'll regret gaining the weight. If it even helps your chest situation, it's probably still not worth it. Unless, of course, you like that look better. But do it for you, not for what you think other people want.
Yes, when gaining weight your breast will increase in size. To help with that process, try lifting weights as well and try to focus on the pectoral muscles which are where your breasts are located. These exercises include; cable cross-overs, barbell bench press, dumb bell bench press, leverage press, push ups and machine butterflies.

well depends on how you mean gaining weight. if you want to lift weights and get a bigger bust then definitely do that! but if you want to eat mcdonalds everyday then no don't do that!!!
Now I do beleve depending on your age that if you eat a lot of chicken breast the hormone in chicken actually allows your breast to grow but like if your 16 17 or older your out of luck as your body now produces its own amount of hormone and won't bother excepting external rescorses
I wouldn't do that if I were you. You never know if you will be able to lose the weight in the future. Just be who you are. Don't be self conscious about your breasts. You are probably still young and haven't developed physically. It will just take time. And nobody said hat a size breasts were unattractive. If you ha e seen the movie 300 the wife has pretty small breasts and here is a sex scene that shows her breasts and they are not ugly

The fat would probably go to all the wrong places , indeed. Just wait, breasts often grow when getting older. (look at your mother and aunts)
Otherwise, accept it: many guys prefer small breasts. (my first love had A-cups. One of my girlfriends was flat at 19, not even AA , many years later, I suspect she's just as flat. That doesn't make her any less a pretty woman!
