Question for Guys only. Do you ever get pains in your balls while pissing?

It happens to me once in a while. All of a sudden my balls begin to hurt me while pissing! Im talking about terrible pains! What is this and does it happen to you too?

Several possibilities:
A) The concentration of your pelvic muscles while you're pissing is causing vibration that's stimulating pain in your nearby balls.
To test this: Stop your piss next time you're pissing. Boom, that's your pelvic muscle you're contracting, you just did a kegel. Try doing kegels when you're not pissing and if you don't feel pain, then it's not A.

B) inguinal hernia
Basically sometime thing travels from your stomach and follows a route that leads to your balls and it causes shit loads of pain until it subsides. It however doesn't need you go piss for it occur, so probably not it.

C) Prostate Cancer
Get checked out by doctor.

Prostate cancer? Are you fuckin kidding me? Thats serious! Well, I don't think its A) because I have done what you say and didn't felt pain. Anyway I think all of you here misunderstood me. It doesn't happen every day or so. Its rare. It happened again today, so I thought about posting a question about it. But now that you said it, it must be something with the muscles.

Well yeah, prostate cancer was a long shot, it's probably not. If it happens rarely, it could be a inguinal hernia, they happen to me at the most random times. I suspect it's your pelvic muscles. I've heard that some people who do kegels while pissing can sometimes experience some pain similar to yours.

But at the worst, it could really be a urinary infection. Just cause you feel pain your balls doesn't mean that's where the pain started. I volunteered at a clinic and urinating pain is a common symptom of some STDs and Urinary infections.

Then I think it's your pelvic muscles. An infection wouldn't cause pain rarely, it would cause it very time you piss. You may have to do kegels to strengthen your pelvic muscles so this no longer happens. Your pelvic muscles can cause you pain in your balls because they're the muscles that can help you ejaculate and cause retrograde ejaculation. They also help you shit lol. Just do them kegels, 50+ a day for at least 2 weeks. 15 in the morning, 15 at noon, 15 at night, and 5 before you sleep. Try t hold it for at leat 3 seconds.

No, but I did have pain while urinating. I saw a urologist and he said that your urine is simply refluxing back up when i workout and that was the cause. He said that in order to see what is wrong you'd have to shove a camera up your urethra; very painful.
