What's your preferred way to workout? Cardio or weight training?

I do a combination of both (1hour lift sesh, 30min treadmill run) but I honestly prefer iso weight training. I know some people who jog a couple of miles and won't lift weights cause... well, that what makes them happy. But cardio (jogging) got me...
