I am going to say cigarettes because they have such horrible long term side effects, & can actually kill you. While alcohol & weed can have side effects as well, alcohol, if only taken in moderation, can be healthy for you. I've heard it's good to have a glass a wine a day, though I don't personally do that. Cigarettes have extreme health problems, & no one debates that. My grandfather died of lung cancer due to smoking his whole life, & I'm afraid my parents, who both smoke, will not live a long & full life as well. Though, alcohol & weed are worse than cigarettes in regards that if you use them & you drive under the influence, you could get into an accident & potentially kill yourself or someone else. My grandma was actually killed by a drunk driver, & I never met her as a result of that. My uncle has serious health problems due to being an alcoholic too, so alcohol can definitely be bad too. Many people who use weed have told me they don't think it's that bad, but I admit I don't know too much about the pros & cons of it, so I don't feel comfortable saying if it's good or bad. I do support letting cancer patients use it to ease their pain during chemo therapy, especially since my sister is currently recovering from cancer. Though she did not personally use marijuana, she definitely had some bad days where she was in intense pain.
As a user of all tree, this is my answer:
1) Cigarettes - They make you addicted, and are a really good way, of welcoming lung cancer, and darth faders voice.
2) Alcohol - In a moderate amount, a little alcohol does no harm. But you can get addicted, and it can fuck up your liver. You also completely lose your sanity, if you get to hammered. Which can lead to bad things, happening for you.
3) Mary Jane - It's natural. Yes it can do harm to your brain, but so can getting run over by a car. If you aren't a stoner, then I don't believe it's too harmful. It's a great way to gear down, and not lose your mind, because life sucks. You just chill, laugh and eat.
1. If we are referring to addiction then I'd say Alcohol is the worst cause it is physiologically addictive
2. Cigarettes are bad but with will power it can be quit even w/o medication and stuff. Moreover it does not have uncontrolled effects like alcohol
3. Marijuana / Weed on the other hand when used moderately is recreational (I've never used it), has medicinal properties and unless used chronically doesn't even leave permanent side effects like even cigarettes
4. Marijuana use can have an effect on driving, although not as severe (and for a shorter time frame) as alcohol while ofcourse cigarettes have almost no effect
5. Ofcourse all are debatable but I'd say the most harmful and bad is alcohol cause even when not addicted to it, the effects it has one one's brain is far more uncontrollable :-)
oops forgot to vote - gave it to 'A'
P. S. everyone says cigarettes more so because it's popular perception in this era ;-)
Marijuana (particularly those sold for recreational use). The component of marijuana that makes one 'high' is an extremely complex compound known as delta-9-THC. This binds very strongly to lipids, which are the main composition of cellular membranes in mammals. This gives it a much longer half life than many other drugs. Morbidity is correlated with the amount of delta-9-THC in the drug. Medicinal marijuana contains approximately 2-3% concentration of the compound, while most strains recreational marijuana contains approximately 6-9% concentration of the compound. Marijuana binds most prominently to brain cells and re
(CONTINUED) reproductive cells. This can cause acute cognitive and psychotic deficits within an hour that can last prominently for up to 72 hours. Chronic users may develop permanent damage. Sperm and ovum quality is also severely affected, raising the risk of fatal genetic diseases in offspring.

It depends on the person. Loco weed can mess up some people's heads really quickly, where alcohol or cigarettes could take more than 50 years to do physical damage.
Weed would have the highest short term risk, but only on a minority of people.
For most people, cigarettes are the biggest health risk. It still could take 50 years or even 70 years to show, but there will be some minor effects before that.
Alcohol in moderation is OK, and it's easier for most to keep it that way. For most people, it's not as addictive as cigarettes. 2 drinks a day is fine. 10 drinks a day is likely to cause internal problems faster than smoking, and will even increase your cancer risk.
For MOST people, sensible use use of weed or alcohol in moderation would be the safest.
Between alcohol or Cigarettes. Cigarettes are more of an over time kill you but can have very devastating side effects before you die. Alcohol, poisoning isn't that frequent I don't think, so other than that depends on how drunk and non-functional you are I suppose. If someone's a light weight then I definitely don't think they should be driving.
I say alcohol because I know first hand how addictive it is and how hard it is to stay sober. I have been sober now for four months and its because I attend AA four to five times a week along with seeing a therapist who specializes in alcohol recovery.
Well all consumed excessively are bad. So if no excess (meaning not getting drunk either), then cigarettes. If excessive, cigarettes and alcohol for sure, at least speaking from my point of view. both at same level.
I can't really speak for weed. I have no idea.
Alcohol is perfectly fine in moderation. It only becomes a problem when consumed in excess. Pretty much EVERYTHING becomes a problem when done in excess.
I know absolutely nothing about weed besides the fact that it's a drug. So. Can't really comment on it.
I'd have to say cigarettes because they're bad even in moderation.
never used weed but it smells so bad, if some people use it the whole place smells bad and a friend said you get positive if you breathe the air in as far as you can smell it (don't know if true).
cigarettes smell so.. you know. when you don't drink alcohol yourself you can smell a drunk person from 10 meters away or so
on the long run cigarettes.
alcohol itself also harms you in the long run though it can also kill you in less than 24 hours. not usually from the substance itself but from the results of it, such as drinking and driving, starting bar fights while drunk etc. now there is "alcohol poisoning" which that is basically the only time the substance itself will kill you in less than 24 hours.
now weed to me is the safes one of all as long as you yield precaution while smoking it
Cigarettes are worse on a personal level. Alcohol is worse for the people around you. It's fine in moderation, if you drink casually and responsibly, but that's not what always happens. Alcoholism runs in my family, so I grew up with that shit. One of my cousins died in an accident caused by a drunk driver, as well, and alcohol killed my grandmother.
So. There's my take. :P
Even though cigarettes are the worst health wise I'm going to have to say weed because many people do it illegally and I've seen innocent people get dragged into these thing just because they live in the house with the person. So if I had a roommate and one day the police just burst through the door and find weed in the house they may be able to arrest me too.
I would say all!
Alcohol > liver spoils
Weed & Cigarettes > lung cancer
seen a raw video of how lungs can spoil when smoking weed or cigs!
I'll say weed, since it's the only on against the law to use in my country and I have a principle of keeping true to the law.
Cigarettes destroy a person worse than the other 2 while alcohol will destroy an entire family so alcohol. Weed is whatever to me. As long as you dwell into other stuff which is what weedheads do then its not a bad drug.
After seeing what alcohol can do to your liver and all of the side effects. No... thank you. I partake in none of these.
Weed combines the health risks of tobacco with those of cannabis: much more dangerous thus. Moreover, regular use can trigger shizophrenia and paranoia.
Because it's illegal and carries the worst reputation for it's users I would say weed is the worst. Health wise it would be cigarettes though.
For me, Weed is the worst.
I'm not allergic to the other 2
only thing that makes weed bad is the law as far as I know. Getting caught.
Cigarettes. They're awful. Trying so hard to quit but I live with smokers and it makes it that much harder.
If I had to make a choice I would say cigarettes. I have seen more people addicted to cigarettes than either weed or alcohol.
Alcohol is bad, but cigarettes are worst because the chemicals in cigarettes are worst than alcohol.
