Can a doctor section me if I don't believe in God, like to go to clubs/parties every weekend, and aren't nice to everybody I meet?

I'm assuming you mean section as in be put in a mental asylum.

As far as I know, no they can't. I believe, you can only be sectioned by yourself or a friend of family member (and in some cases authorities like police, judges, doctors) if you are a risk to yourself or others. So, attempting suicide, being threatening to others, hurting other people, self harming, being a mass murderer... etc.

You aren't considered a threat if you're an Atheist/a religion that doesn't have 1 God (otherwise a lot of us would be a screwed), enjoy a healthy social life or occasionally have a grumpy day/meet someone you don't instantly like. That would be like being arrested for carrying an umbrella with intent to use in sunshine. You're not hurting anyone.

You're using a term most people aren't familiar with. I'm guessing you are referring to a section 8. No they couldn't do that. They have to have a good reason to commit you. Usually they'd have to show that you are a danger to yourself or others. None of the things you mentioned would be enough to commit you without your consent, not even close to being enough.
