Do you have any weight loss tips?

So, on Wednesday (10/9) it will be my 17 birthday! And in one year, until my 18 birthday, I want to loose15 kilos (33 pounds)! I want to change my lifestyle not just go on a crazy diet and then gain it ll back again, I want to be me ideal weight and stay there. If you have any tips to help me to reach my goal please leave a comment! :)

5 days a week I walk ca 4,5 km, ca -230 calories
In a day I eat ca 1700 calories
