5 days a week I walk ca 4,5 km, ca -230 calories
In a day I eat ca 1700 calories
So first thing first: it's mostly about the way you eat. Most dieting goes around calories intake, how much liquid you ingest and a healthy balance between carbs, proteins and fibers. So, if you want to lose some weight, the right thing to do is always go to a specialist (like a nutritionist) first, explain your plan and you will get a dieting/exercising plan.
Something that's worked for a me a lot was reducing to a minimum all flour ingestion meaning almost no bread, cookies, pastries, etc, and as much processed sugar as possible (as opposed to natural one coming from fruits for instance) Replaced them with all sorts of nuts, or healthy snacks. Another thing that helps is keep track of what you eat and balance it. Example: if you've had a big lunch, don't have a big dinner. Another one: drink as much WATER as you can.
And about exercise, well don't go crazy about it, but if you are not an athletic person try jogging, walking or whatever works for you. If you do get to go a nutritionist explain that you intend to do some workout, and you will get a balanced dieting plan. You need energy to do exercise, always best to know what type of energy you want to consume instead of just eating up and then going for a run.
Good luck!
