The hair follicles can get clogged and become unhealthy overtime, using the right oils can clean them out and re stimulate hair growth. The oils also have vitamins and other properties that can help a ton.
Other then that I would suggest eating a proper diet, pleanty of keratin and other things that hair are made of. Hormones and other chemicals in food can actually make problems worse, so be mindful of that.

All you have to do is brush your hair daily... Why do you think women have such strong, healthy roots as they age? They don't have magic hair and scalps. They just have strong roots from constant brushing.
This won't make your hair grow back-- it'll just stop balding.
have you tried biotin caps? or B complex? or minoxidil solution to apply on your hair?
