There's a few supplements that can help. Zombiebabe list them. something lesser know about is the use of oils for your hair and avoiding shampooing.

The hair follicles can get clogged and become unhealthy overtime, using the right oils can clean them out and re stimulate hair growth. The oils also have vitamins and other properties that can help a ton.

Other then that I would suggest eating a proper diet, pleanty of keratin and other things that hair are made of. Hormones and other chemicals in food can actually make problems worse, so be mindful of that.

I understand. YEah.. YOu are right. probably i have to stop shampoing first of all. than i should go for other suggestions.

Or at least find a shampoo that's better for your hair and change washing habits. Most skin and hair products actually are really awful

All you have to do is brush your hair daily... Why do you think women have such strong, healthy roots as they age? They don't have magic hair and scalps. They just have strong roots from constant brushing.

This won't make your hair grow back-- it'll just stop balding.

have you tried biotin caps? or B complex? or minoxidil solution to apply on your hair?

I am trying vitamin B, eggs, yougart. I am not sure if i will get good outcomes with Minoxidil scalp as its for women as somebody told me. But I have never heard of biotin caps. does it really work?

dude anyone can use minoxidil solution.. yeah they work but make sure you're taking them for a minimum of 3-6 months
