I also go jogging in combination. Can it make a visible difference in such a short time?
I did the abs and push up challenge, and I did see some improvement, especially in my abs (push ups didn't do much though). Don't expect to get a really good body, you ain't gonna get toned in 30 days, but it builds something.
Also, as other people have said, diet is really important. Drink a lot of water too; people tend to forget about this, but it's the most important thing.
Yes it can. If you adhere to it properly. I've seen people lose 5-8 pounds a week sometimes. So 30 is roughly 4 weeks, that's 20-30 pounds roughly in a month.
30 pounds a month? HOLY CRAP XD
It makes a difference, but if you just go back to an unhealthy lifestyle afterwards it doesn't matter.

yes 1 month can totally make a difference ONLY IF your diet is on track.
Oh well, I like my food so diet is not really something I do XD But I don't overeat either.
its still not about overeating. I can eat a burger and fries and that's still 1400 calories, shits fucking crazy these days. you gotta change your eating habits, meaning go on a natural foods diet for those 30 days. its not also about portion control its about what you put into your body too. I HIGHLY recommend doing research on a proper 1 month diet plan before attempting this otherwise you're setting yourself up for major disappointment.
In order to see faster results and longer lasting you have to change your diet. You have to cut a lot of food out. I go by the 80/20 rule. 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise is how you lose weight. My friend is a personal trainer and he's been helping me as well and trust me it makes a BIG difference when you cut out breads and pastas and sweets and junk and only drink water. Portion size is important too
but.. chocolate XD
CHOOOOCOOOOOLAAAATTEEEEE!!!
hahaa. gotta put in the effort to make changes baby :) only way its gonna work. getting in shape, toned, muscle definition, losing fat = 80% diet/nutrition - 20% workout/exercise
T_T ain't gonna lose a pound then
mind over matter baby. mind over matter.
@BertMacklinFBI I drink them usually every morning too. I am always in a rush and they come in handy. I even bring it to work to sip on in the mornings or I will have one right after I workout
Yes I truly believe they work I combine multiple ones and just been watching my food
Any sort of physical activity can make a difference. To me, this is not an intensive way to workout. If you want a 30 day challenge, do insanity for 30 days then you'll see a real difference. oh and diet too of course.
If you do it right and don't gorge yourself on food it will work great.
If you are not eating the right amount of calories to lose weight it won't work
I eat like 1800 a day, -ish
I lost a lot of weight and people were wondering how I lost a lot of weight. They swore I was on a vigorous workout plan.
But their jaws drop when I told them that all I did was stop eating fast food and I counted my calories and all I did was walk. I use to eat a ton of fast food and I guess the weight loss was a way of my body rewarding me
I dont eat fastfood, but there is quite some bread, butter, chocolate and stuff like that
I didn't like it but I cut out chocolate and bread
