Calf raises-160lbs
Barbell curl-80lbs
Bench press-140lbs
Side shoulder raises-25lbs
Deadlift-110lbs
Triceps extension-45lbs
So yeah my legs are pretty much my pride :p
Leg day every day.
I used to do barbell work. Last year or so, only bodyweight/medicine ball/plyometrics/etc.
I haven't done it in awhile because I do other workouts and also sports. Might go back to lifting, not sure. I'm not really interested in building muscle though.
I shall, in 6 months time :p
