Women are beautiful
women's bodies are beautiful and beautiful to look at
even women will say that.
I have heard women say that they don't want to look at a naked guy or a penis, they just want to use it and have it used on them. that it is not something that is nice to look at.
so we all know women are better.

Depends what you mean by "better". Men certainly have stronger bodies that are meant for physical work and battle. Women's bodies are built for sex and having babies. So your question is like asking whether apples or oranges are better.

Well from a practical standpoint, men without a doubt. Taller, stronger and leaner, our hormones increase our physical effectiveness, whereas women's hormones stunt growth at around 14/15 (compared to ~18 for men) and increase body fat. Men get to pee while standing up and we don't have to go through child birth. (Well you don't h̲a̲v̲e̲ to, but you know what I mean.)

Aesthetically, I'm biased because I love women so much much, definitely prefer looking at girls rather than guys. But in an intimidation/menacing aesthetic way, Men. Women's bodies look kinder, more elegant and more frail than men, whereas men look more brutish.

Depends on the person though, physical femininity and masculinity aren't locked to their respective genders, I'm basing this off the 'norms.'
