Yeah Atkins and CrossFit lol.

People are all jumping down other people's throats and getting into arguments all the time over whether or not they should cut carbs out from their diet it's ridiculous

Do you mean it's a part of my life and important to me, then yes. But I don't mind if rather look good in a bikini then eat icecream. Kate Moss had it right when she said "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"

Yeah, and also weight lose supplements. Just turn on the TV on Sunday and watch how many channels that prodcast these paid programs about diet and weight lose.

Not always. Lots of fat girls lose weight with viable methods. The ones who, you know, don't drink lemon juice for a month.

If they lose weight and keep it off, it's possible. If they don't though, they usually stop, it's a logical response. So I'd say gym rats are more religious, especially like you said, they know what they are doing. :)
