Is it normal?
Do you feel nothing?
No we don't. I feel a slight back pain if running a lot on asphalt (probably due to an old injury, and maybe bad shooes), but the joints and knees are fine. If i climb steep hills, sure i do get tired, but it's not specifically in the knees (with a heavy backpack it does put a fair bit of stress on the knees, and i might feel they're extra tired if i push hard).
Did it help?
hell no, i feel awesome. i might feel sore/tight RIGHT AFTER a heavy leg workout at the gym. but that's it, even those feel great :D
I would just recommenced taking supplements to increase joint support. Depending what your workout entails, you may be a heavy runner or weight lifter - that can do work on your knees... It can possibly arthritis. Go to the doctor if it is extreme. I get sore in my knees if I have heels on going down the stairs. I don't think you wear heels.
I'm fit but sometimes I do get tired walking up the stairs. I live in an apartment complex so there are a lot of stairs
