Girl noodles aren't great but they shouldn't make u feel that bad... if it continues I suggest seeing a doctor cause it's sounds like your appendix burst... not trying to freak you out but you should tell somebody... oh and if you lie in the fetal position it should help to lessen the pain :):)
you might just need some proper food and medication. noodles were most likely empty carbs but I don't see it causing any pain. the pain could be coming from something else.
If you have serious concerns about your health, don't take advice from the internet. Go see a doctor, regardless of what anyone on the internet tells you.
