Look at joining a gym, but need some advice?

So I'm looking a joining a gym to help me get in a little better shape. But I need some advice on this, like what I should work on there but more importantly I need a good diet plan.

If someone out there knows of a good one, it would be nice to have a link to the plan, or would the gym be able to help me with this?

Dont need to, just run, bike, or swin, and in addition to one of those, use your body weight to doe exercises. There r many u can look up online, or u can buy one of those interactive workout DVDs ones that u do on the TV

go on a all natural foods diet, avoid as many processed foods as you can. cut off sugary drinks. and go find a friend who has gym knowledge, he will have a much better time explaining to you about workouts.

I actually don't know any one that goes to a gym near me, and the one I know that goes to a gym, only goes on the gyms ladies day night or whatever they call it.

you can try joining bodybuilding. com or just visit the gym and actually talk to the staff there. they will try to sell you but ignore that for now, just focus on gaining knowledge. they should actually know stuff. and then ask other people there too, don't take the staff's entire word on what they say.

I was a fitness trainer. I'm going to keep it short, before stepping foot on a gym the individual must have a goal (plan) depending on that goal then you jot down the steps that will need to be taken. Are you trying to slim? Bulk? Legs? Upper core?

Many gyms have nutritionists on staff. Look at a membership that includes some group fitness classes. Spin classes are great

The people at the gym should be able to help you. They can talk to you and help tailor a plan specifically for you.

Diet plan will depend on what u want and therse no perfect diet u need to adjust it based on what u want
