My body has gone to starvation mode and my weight loss has plateaued. What to eat?

So I went to the doctor the other day and found out that I'm not eating enough calories and so basically my body has gone into starvation mode which is why I'm not losing any more weight.

So fitness gurus... I need to start packing in about 600 more calories a day... any suggestions?
