Nvr in my life have i been able to jog a full mile, I've made improvements here and there, things I've noticed and treadmills and etc. have nvr been that hard
But, I'm sitting at 210lbs with flat feet, and every time i put a mile or so in on the track i either come back feeling like i just did a leg day or my feet feel destroyed
(Not asking 4 advice or different types of cardio)
just wondering what's your affinity for the track?
