Am I still fat, will people go out with me?

Hi, I used to weigh 11.3 stone that was in September. I used to hate being the fat one in my group of friends :( so I decided I'd become fitter I now go swimming every week and I do more sports I now weigh 10.5 stone and I'm 5.7 am I still fat? Would no one go out with me because of my weight?

Lots of people don't care about weight. Don't use it to beat yourself up or worry about never finding someone to love. People love people of all shapes and sizes. And if you're worried about your health, cut out sugar from your diet, and reduce your intake of carbs.

No, I'm about the same. You probably just have bigger boobs an hips than other girls. I reckon you're not dead skinny but you are def not fat at that weight either :)

147lbs at 5'7''? I believe that the ideal "healthy" weight for someone of your age and height is 130lbs, or in the antiquated measurement method I only know because of my time going to renaissance fairs, 9.3 stone.

Can I just add that I'm in the "healthy" section for Bmi, yes the 9.3 stone is n the middle but surely aslant as I'm in the healthy section I'm ok?

Yeah, that's still in the right range. But with so much progress, why stop when you're already this far? It's a lot easier to continue than to restart.
