People are doing sports and they take care of themselves a lot as I see. That is really nice to see. So we can continue like that or we need to stop at some point?

If you're talking about on a pro level then absolutely there's an age cutoff because you can't keep up with that level of intensity and beating for years beyond a certain age. I would not advise any 70 or 80 year old to go and tryout for an NFL team.

If you're talking about recreational to keep in shape then it depends on your physical condition but I think that for a sport like boxing if you're trying to actually get in a boxing ring and fight people much younger than you while you're at the age of like 90 you're gonna get destroyed and probably end up in the hospital with numerous injuries if not a coma or death.

If it's running, then run so long as you can, play tennis, play golf that's fine but combat sports and sports that put a real toll on your body from hits like football or rugby I wouldn't advise.

Some sports there are additional precautions. For instance older amateur boxers with limited experience can only fight sanctioned bouts against other boxers who are close to them in age (as well as experience). With more experience that requirement is loosened and at the professional level, every fight has to be approved as reasonable, with age being just one factor.

Most sports can be done at any age but I would never recommend any 94 year old to fight in MMA.
