there are a number of ways if you're still growing, eating meat, fish, and other calcium rich foods help, drinking milk also helps (don't drink low-fat/skim milk, they don't work - and don't make me explain why because i'll be all day explaining why if you do), having a confident upright posture also helps, sleeping without curling up in bed also helps, not slouching helps, hmm.. what else.. yoga and other warm-up exercises helps, not lifting weights help, drinking more milk helps lots.. xD

also calcium tablets don't work, there is another extremely long reason for this.

Well once your growth plates have hardened there's not much you can do.

If you're still growing, eat right and make sure you're getting 6-8 hours of sleep.

Other than that I'd say streching. It can improve your posture and straighten out your spine which can give you an extra in or two of height.

Also there's surgery but it's expensive, painful and risky so I wouldn't really recommend it unless you were really desperate. However maybe in 5-10 years it might be safer/more affordable so stay positive.

Talk to your doctor. If you are suffering from some sort of medical condition, human growth hormone is an option. But it's not going to happen if you're just not happy you're not 6'4". There's a large range of normal.

You can't make yourself grow, it has to do with your DNA. It's a polygenic trait meaning several genes come together to determine how tall you will grow. You can use good posture to maximize your natural height, but in reality you'll only appear taller.
